
Hydrating During The Summer Months
Summer is finally here! Days at the beach, endless parties, & barbecues are things we may par-take. During our warmer months, we tend to lose sight of how important it is to hydrate ourselves.
. Exercising, sun exposure, and consumption of libations can rob us of the hydration our bodies require. Be mindful to supply your daily activities with adequate H2O & fluids low in sugar. Not being adequately hydrated can put a damper on summer fun and in severe cases could line drive you straight to the ER.
